In the first half of September 2023, our company Mastermet continued its unforgettable adventure by going to the second regatta in Croatia. Our goal remained to improve teamwork between the various departments of our company, which was a key element of our success.
We believe that people are the most valuable resource of our company. The next expedition was an excellent opportunity to continue the development of communication and deepen relationships between our employees. Our belief remains unchanged – strong bonds between team members allow us to provide our clients with the highest quality services and products.
Below is a report from our second regatta, which took place in the first half of September 2023.
At the beginning of September, we took part in an extraordinary company trip to Croatia, which will certainly remain in our memory forever. The purpose of the trip was not only sailing, but also to strengthen relationships between employees, exchange experiences and celebrate the results achieved.
Our team consisted of 16 people, which gave us the opportunity to divide into two crews and set off on a cruise on two luxury yachts. The weather was what we wanted – blue skies, warm sun and gentle winds made every day at sea a real paradise for sailing enthusiasts.
During the week we visited many charming places. We stayed twice overnight in picturesque bays, where in the evening we watched sunsets over the emerald waters of the Adriatic Sea. Our yachts also moored in charming ports such as Trigor, Primošten and Rogoznica, where we had the opportunity to learn about the local culture, taste delicious Croatian dishes and spend the evening in friendly company.
The trip was also of an integration nature. Daily lunches and dinners on yachts were an excellent opportunity to talk and share experiences, both professional and personal. With proximity to the sea and some of the best scenery in the world on the horizon, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and inspiring.
One of the most important events of the trip was the company evening, during which we discussed our common goals and achievements. Against the background of the calm sea, under the stars, we proudly summarized our achievements and planned goals for the future. It was also an excellent opportunity to appreciate the effort and commitment of our employees.
After seven days of an amazing adventure, full of sailing, shared meals and unforgettable moments, we returned to reality, but left a piece of our hearts in Croatian waters. Our company trip to yachts was not only inspiring in professional terms, but also integrated our team and made us feel like a real family. Croatia provided us with wonderful memories that we will cherish for many years.
