High Performance Line
Cutters from the high-performance line are produced in a geometry to dampen vibrations. The uneven helix of the flute and the pitch on the face of the tool eliminates the resonance overlap when machining materials that generate vibrations.
Cutters for machining stainless steel from this line have a special eccentric relief on the circumference. The shape of the surface prevents chip ingestion and carbide tearing out on the circumference of the tool, which significantly affects the durability of the cutters.
The cutters are covered with a zirconium coating – Gold Plus and a 3-layer nano-composite coating Blue Lagoon. These coatings are intended for machining carbon steel and stainless steel.
The high-performance line includes a milling cutter for rough machining of Inconel and other heat-resistant alloys. The tool has a coating characterized by high temperature resistance – Red Iron.

The Z3 BL cutter is a high-performance cutter for machining carbon steel and stainless steel. The tools can process materials with a hardness of up to 55 HRC.
Deep grooves on the face of the tool allow for efficient work with the face.

The Z4 BL end mill is a high-performance cutter designed for machining stainless steel and carbon steel.
The uneven geometry of the tool provides vibration damping, and the sharp geometry ensures quiet operation and proper chip breaking.
The tool is designed for trochoidal machining and work on the detail contour.
