Die – a tool used for cutting and finishing external threads. In most cases, the threads are cut by hand.

The most common is a round die with a thread outline cut inside the ring. There are also hexagonal dies with dimensions for flat keys.
Dies are produced for a wide range of threads.

They can do, among others:

– External metric thread
– External metric fine thread
– External UNC thread
– External UNF thread
– External G thread
